Jurassic World Plushie: Blue

I finally got to see Jurassic World last month and immediately following the viewing I was inspired to make Blue the raptor into a little plushie:

Some info about this plush:
- First time using minky - worked out really well for her small size.
- The blue stripes are strips of t-shirt material painted over with layers upon layers of blue acrylic. The edges of the stripes are painted white.
- The yellow/orange gradient in Blue's eyes was achieved by using a tiny piece of rainbow zebra-print fabric.
- Her feet are weighted with beads so she can stand without relying on her tail to support her.

The Nightwatch Gang Tours The City

During my last weekend in LA, a friend and I took the Nightwatch Gang (Silence, Stranger, Nom Nom (a.k.a. Soap), R and G) out for some walking in The City.

(City regulars Stranger and Silence monkeying around downtown with Nom Nom.)
("Long. Live. The KING.")

(R and G showed up a little later and the gang all went to Ebb & Flow, a popular sushi joint plus karaoke bar famous for its Calamari Tuesdays. Silence had a couple drinks...)

(...maybe a couple too many.)

N01-Z!A Plushie

New plushie of N01-Z!A, the EDM Arena character based off of Noisia!

A rather simple plushie to make, but lots of repeated sewing patterns and duplicate pieces. His legs are weighted with beads, similarly to my other EDM Arena style plushies.

Raw 2 - Japanese Legendary Creatures

The past month has been a difficult one for me, personally. Not much arting has happened, at least full pieces. Here's a quick painting series I was posting on Instagram, based on Japanese legendary creatures:
